There is no parking on-site at Residences at Leader, but there are multiple parking garage options within one (1) block of our community.

Daily rates are offered at nearby parking garages.

Residents may use the EV chargers available for an additional cost in the parking garage at Residences at 1717 located one (1) block away.

Residences at Leader in Cleveland offers on-site fitness center, party room and business center, controlled access entry, and is within walking distance to top dining and entertainment.

Leasing Requirements & Policies

Residences at Leader in Cleveland offers 12-month leases, with short-term options after initial 12-month lease term is completed (conditions and upcharges apply).

We do not offer furnished apartments at Residences at Leader, but our sister property, The Residences at Hanna, does provide this service with a minimum 30-day stay. Click here to view their website.

Yes, Residences at Leader in Cleveland has a maximum of two pets allowed (with a one dog maximum) per suite, and all pets must be spayed or neutered.

Max weight for dogs is 30 lbs. and we do have breed restrictions. Please contact us for full pet policy.

Yes, $20 per pet, per month, and a non-refundable $300 deposit per pet.

The applicant must provide their three most recent paystubs, a photo ID, and debit card, credit card, or money order. Must be 21 years of age or older.

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per person 18 years of age or older.

Only trash is included in the rent. All other utilities are the responsibility of the resident(s).

To move in, a resident must pay the application fee(s) (non-refundable), a $250 hold fee (applied towards security deposit balance at move-in, a Security Deposit and payment for the days remaining in the month they move in.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. You may choose to use any coverage provider you prefer, but residents at all K&D properties are pre-qualified for renter’s insurance through Resident Shield. This coverage helps protect your personal belongings in the event of fire, water damage, or theft, as K&D does not insure personal property.
